Effective Date: 3/1/2026
CBA Basketball (College Bound Athletes Prep), operated by NEXTGEN GLOBAL HOLDINGS LLC ("we," "our," or "the Program"), provides a spring and summer basketball development program offering elite training, competitive tournament play, and recruiting exposure for student-athletes. These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Program and all payments made in connection with it.
We are committed to ensuring that every athlete and family who joins the Program has made a fully informed decision. For this reason, enrollment follows a structured mutual evaluation process. No payment is collected until both the coaching staff and the athlete/family have determined that the Program is the right fit. The process is as follows:
By completing payment, you acknowledge and confirm that: (a) you participated in one or more consultation calls with the coaching staff prior to receiving a payment link; (b) you had the opportunity to ask questions, review the program schedule, and evaluate whether the Program was right for you; (c) the decision to enroll was made voluntarily and after adequate consideration by both parties; and (d) no one pressured you to complete the payment.
Participation in the Program is billed on a month-to-month basis. Each monthly payment covers one month of program services, including training sessions, tournament participation, and any associated coaching and development activities scheduled for that period.
Payment links are sent manually by the coaching staff at the beginning of each billing cycle. There are no automatic or recurring charges. Each monthly payment is a separate, standalone transaction that you affirmatively choose to complete.
You are under no contract or obligation to pay for any month beyond the current billing period. If you choose not to continue, simply do not complete the next payment link. No cancellation notice is required, though we appreciate advance communication so we can plan accordingly.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a monthly payment has been submitted, no refunds will be issued for that billing period, regardless of the reason, including but not limited to: voluntary withdrawal from the Program, schedule conflicts, inability to attend specific events or tournaments, dissatisfaction with services after payment, or removal from the Program for disciplinary reasons.
This policy exists because of the extensive evaluation process outlined in Section 2 above. Every athlete and family has the opportunity—through as many calls as necessary—to determine whether this Program is the right fit before any payment is made. The no-refund policy reflects the fact that enrollment is a deliberate, informed decision made after mutual evaluation, not a spontaneous or impulsive purchase.
If CBA Basketball cancels, discontinues, or materially alters the Program during a billing period for which you have already paid, you will receive a credit equal to the prorated value of the unused portion of that month's services. This credit may be applied toward any future CBA Basketball program or service.
Credits must be used within twelve (12) months from the date they are issued. Credits that are not redeemed within this period will expire and will not be eligible for extension, transfer, or cash refund.
CBA Basketball shall not be held liable for any failure to deliver scheduled services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, facility closures, public health emergencies, government orders, or travel disruptions. In such events, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to reschedule affected activities or issue credits in accordance with Section 5.
CBA Basketball reserves the right to remove any athlete from the Program at any time for conduct that the coaching staff, in its sole discretion, determines to be detrimental to the team, program, or other participants. Removal for disciplinary reasons does not entitle the athlete or family to a refund of any payments already made.
Participation in basketball training and competition involves inherent risks of physical injury. By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge these risks and agree that CBA Basketball, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries sustained during Program activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
If you have questions, concerns, or disputes regarding your enrollment, payments, or program experience, please contact the coaching staff directly. We are committed to resolving issues in good faith through direct communication.
CBA Basketball reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to active participants in writing prior to the next billing cycle. Continued payment after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By completing a payment through the link provided by CBA Basketball, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
